Well if you think about it, it is a shared line. CUCM doesn't know whom the call is for, just that it is for extension XXXX. Once a call is answered by a phone with privacy, then it can hide the info. What about putting them in a call pickup group, then creating a BLF+call pickup speed dial for the secretary. This should work if the whole reason is for the secretary to monitor status + pickup incoming calls.<div>
