It's in downloads under CUCM utilities I think - it's not in the same location as the real upgrade file itself.</div>
<div><br></div><div>My theory is because the 8 upgrade is different than a normal upgrade would be in 6.x/7.x, you have to patch call manager 7 for it to know how to handle the multiple reboots etc. Thus the extra file you have to install first.</div>

The patch fix took 45 min to run, the upgrade took 4 hours since it goes from rhat4 to 5<br>
