You can setup the primary CTI server for IPMA through Service Parameters. IPMA has its own section in the drop down selection. Also note that the CTI server portion of the IPMA service parameters is not a cluster wide setting, so you need to set that on both PUB and SUB manually.
Hi
I've got CUCM cluster (running 8.6) having1 publisher and 1 subscriber
(which was added few days ago):

We're running following services using CTI:
- IPMA
- Attendant Console (CUEAC)
- UCCX

I would like to move IPMA to subscriber but my question : Can IPMA on
subscriber use CTI service on subscriber and rest services (CUEAC,
UCCX) use CTI on publisher ? Or all services within CUCM cluster must
use same CTI service at one time ?
