We're starting to seriously investigate using the 7925G wireless phones in our environment.<div><br></div><div>Needless to say, with small, expensive devices, a dropped / smashed phone is going to happen.</div><div><br>
</div><div>I've never had smartnet on a phone, but I have years of experience with computer vendors and they're maintenance plans.</div><div><br></div><div>Does smartnet cover physical damage or water damage?  Usually computer manufacturers waive they're hands, say not covered, and make you buy a new machine.</div>
