When registering the license it didn’t prompt for License MAC and initially I thought I forgot to click on VM checkbox but even the second license file I received from Licensing for VM doesn’t have the LicMac tag and begins with UPC instead of CCM.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I found a post online <span style='color:#1F497D'><a href="http://debuggingvoip.blogspot.com/2011/09/error-license-file-format-error.html">http://debuggingvoip.blogspot.com/2011/09/error-license-file-format-error.html</a> </span>but nothing on Cisco support forums or bug tool kit to convince Cisco TAC/Licensing.<span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal>Cisco Licensing is giving me a run around and referred the case to CUCM TAC but they want to delete all existing CCM license files, reboot the server and upload the existing license files.
