I noticed a new SmartNet option when looking things up. The options are now:<br><br>SMARTnet Premium 24x7x4 (SNTP) <br>SMARTnet Enhanced 8x5x4 (SNTE)<br>SMARTnet 8x5xNBD (SNT)<br><br>With Enhanced offering software application updates over the regular SmartNet.<br><br>Just wondering if/why I need the enhanced smartnet.
