<div>Hello,</div>
<div> </div>
<div> I posted this request last week, someone answered and then somehow the response was deleted. Here is it again:</div>
<div> </div>
<div>1. I wanted to know if it's possible to install a 3rd Party backup agent on the Cisco VOIP Servers? This would be Unity, IPCC and Call Manager. Our Backup application is EMC Avamar, which supports Linux clients, VMDK backups, etc.</div>
<div> </div>
<div> I didn’t know what Cisco policy was or if Cisco supports a 3rd party backup agent, rather than using its own built in "disaster recovery" backup.</div>
<div> </div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thank you,</div>
<div>Alan</div>
