I am having the same problem and are currently investigating what this
might be without any results, would appreciate if we could start a
discussion or maybe someone already has the answer to this question?<br>
Running CUCM 8.5.1 and I have tested both CIPC v7 and v8.6. EM works
flawlessly on any given desk phone in my network except on the CIPC
clients..<br>

I'm having a weird problem with CIPC and EM.<br>

I have EM configured as an enterprise subscription, it works just fine<br>
on my 7941, IP blue running as a 7962 etc.<br>
But when I press the services button on the CIPC I just see an empty<br>
service window. I cannot choose anything.<br>

Have you seen this before?<br>
