OK, they aren't disappearing...<div><br></div><div>But, we have a LOT of phones with many shared lines... users report that they lose their softkeys.</div><div><br></div><div>What actually happens is the softkeys return to an idle state while connected.</div>
<div><br></div><div>What I believe is happening is that a call comes in, they answer it, then a call comes in on another line, the softkeys go from connected to Ring In, someone else answers it and the softkeys return back to the idle state, even though they have an active call.</div>
<div><br></div><div>If they tap their line button, they get their softkeys back as the phone goes back to the connected state.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>How can we prevent the softkeys from going to the idle state?</div>
