Hi

I had this problem a few weeks back so there is a mail-chain you could track if you wanna read more in to this. CIPC phones do not support EM secure, therefore you should remove secure option(https path) under your EM phone service subscription configuration and update your subscriptions, or create a new one only for CIPC phones.
We are currently working on a Recording project where we can only have a DN on one phone in order to do the call recording. The call recording provider (CallRex) said to use Extension Mobility. So on a 79xx phone EM works and recordings work. But on an IP Communicator client (8.6.1) EM does not provide the line status. Anyone seen t his before? any ideas to troubleshoot it?
