Hello,
I am attempting to get a CIUS registered with a UCM server 8.5.1. In UCM the phone shows as Active and trusted, however the status is showing registration rejected and the Cius shows that the configuration file is missing. I have successfully uploaded/installed the CIUS 9.2.2. cop.sgn files to the UCM, and restarted the tftp service.

Any ideas on what could be preventing the Cius from registering?

Thanks!
