Only restart this Service on the servers which you have assigned as "Cisco Unified CM Telephony Provider Configuration" under System >> "Cisco Unified CM Configuration" from the UCCX AppAdmin.<br>
<br>2) Disassociate and re associate the IP Phones you're having an issue with from the RMCM App User on the CM and then re associate the phones.<br><br>As a health check, make sure the NIC Binding order on the CCX server is in the correct. if not, then correct it followed by a restart of the server.<br>
