<div>That doesn't sound right to me either. The devices will register once the Arc Server process is up and running and connected to the CUCM. So theres one of 2 things happening:</div>
<ul>
<li>Either you don't have the Arc Server process set to "autostart" upon a restart of the machine (but if that was the case, restarting CTI Manager wouldn't make a difference)</li><li>Or, the CiscoTSP/CTI Manager is not behaving as it should be</li></ul>
<div>As Matthew said - that’s certainly not expected behavior. Try reinstalling the CiscoTSP on the Arc Server machine and see if that helps?</div>

to restart the CTIManager service in order for the CTI RP’s to register. Is this expected every time the Arc server reboots?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
