<div>Verify the IP Phone has the Authentication URL set, if you browse to the phone and goto the "Network Setup" page you can see what Authentication URL is in place.</div>

<div>To ensure the phone get the Authentication URL do the following:</div>

<div>1) Under telephony-service enter "create cnf-files"</div>

<div>2) Make sure each "phone" entry has a model specified</div>

<div>3) Make sure the phones web server is enabled</div>

<div>Check the phone doesn't have an ITL file (this may happen if it was registered to a UCM 8.x cluster previously).</div>

<div>If you are still stuck I know of a trick to test the Authentication URL is working.</div>
