Thanks for those who answered in my previous post about transforming to another extension. Worked like a top!<br><br>Now I have a phone (7940), ext 1215. Calls should go here, as well as his voicemail.<br><br>For extensions 1210, 1211, 1212, (all 7960s) I want the sixth line to just show if he's on the phone, and if he has voicemail. that's it. I thought I had it all set, but if we call 1215, it also rings these four other phones. We don't want that!<br>
<br>What am I missing? Cm and Unity 8.0<br>
