Yes, we have Hospitality System that integrates with call manager, and it displays the name of the guest on the line label. Regardless i don't want the guests to see they have a PSTN routable number directly routed to the phone.<br>

I have a hotel, and I need the external phone number mask for e-911 for like 400 rooms. That works fine, but it displays on the top of the phone and they can't tell what extension they are. Is Cisco planning on fixing this?<br>
