i had "max-ephones 10" defined, which i thought was enough, but i figured, what the heck, bump it up! well, after entering "call-manager-fallback" on CLI, i was presented to accept the SRST license agreement!<br>
<br>
i'm guessing a software upgrade must have triggered a EULA prompt.<br>
<br>
go figure. now working, no problem.<br>
