At their home, they have 794x and 796x phones. The phones work fine with no issues for periods of time before the phone seems to almost brick. The screen shows a generic date and time, no softkeys, no extensions. CUCM shows the phone as "registered," but you cannot get to the web interface of the phone. Switch on the back of the phone continues to work serving connection to the PCs that are hooked up to them.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='color:#1F497D'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='color:#1F497D'>We then get the phone shipped back to the main site, plug it in, and it comes up with no issues. We'll ship another phone out, it works great for a period of time, then stops working again.
