this "fix" was a bit weak, imo<br>
<br>
the fix that i was told simply prohibits the reorder-tone to be
played, doesnt really stop the problem.<br>
<br>
the re-order tone option was around in the product specific settings
for a while, but it wasnt until the latest firmware that actually
made it work on the end point.<br>

where the ats doesn't see the supervisory signal to let go
of the call. We opened a case months ago and Cisco made some
