for your CUCM VM. That would explain why it only shows ELM
as a selectable option and the rest are down below in the
unsupported option. I am running CUCM/UCXN/CEL/UCCX 9.x
beta versions with no problems in VMware Workstation 8, but
7 should be OK. For my lab, I used the following when

color:#1F497D">Once installed, I bump the RAM back down to
2GB. You’ll probably get the unsupported TAC warning blah
blah blah when booting up that you have to select Agree to,
but it still works. Also, when creating the hard drives, I
don’t select the pre-allocated virtual disks. That way I
don’t have to allocate a full 80/160/300GB or whatever size
initially. Sure, there is a performance hit at times, but
if you are just testing things, it works. Obviously in
production, you would need ESXi and use the OVA templates.</span></p>
