After download you can burn ISO to physical media (DVD) or you can directly mount iso if using VMware. The ISO and/or DVD is not bootable and only can be used for up-gradation of existing CUCM. Bootable media comes with purchase of new CUCM servers only.</div><div><br></div><div>There are unofficial ways that you can make 8.6 iso bootable at your own risk and use it on VMware. You will need following to things to make iso bootable.</div><div><br></div><div>1. Cucm Iso.</div><div>2. Redhat linux v5 (32 bit) iso</div><div>3. Ultra ISO software (or any other iso software you prefer)</div><div><br></div><div>Open the redhat iso in ultra iso and extract the boot file and save it. Now load the cucm iso in ultra iso. Insert the save bootable file in cucm iso and save the cucm iso.
