<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">You may want to remove the Microsoft patch and reboot and check it. You don’t want to install Microsoft updates on the UCCX server from Microsoft. Cisco normally has approved
updates that don’t break their products in the Cisco download section from their website. Not sure if they require service contracts or not to download though.
