Hi All.<br><br>UCM 8.0, 7940 phone.<br><br>When he calls someone internally, we see "From 1801" and that's it.  No name.<br>Under his config, for line 1801, I have Alerting Name: John Smith, Description John Smith, Ascii Alerting Name: John Smith.<br>
<br>Seems to be the only extension internally that I can't get his name to shop up for.<br><br>Something easy?<br><br>Dave<br>
