<p class="MsoNormal">How come CallManager/Connection 9.0(1) is orderable via PUT and downloadable via eDelivery, but Cisco IM and Presence is not?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I upgraded my lab CallManager to 9.0(1) and realize I need to upgrade CUPS 8.6 to 9.0(1) to be supported, yet ucss-support is saying Cisco IM and Presence isn’t available on PUT?<o:p></o:p></p>
