I'm hoping to simplify a manual process where called numbers have to be looked up and charged accordingly whether they are a landline or mobile number.<br>

At the present time, I'm not looking for alternatives to the charging model (I know they're out there), I just need to be able to distinguish from landline and mobile.

I'm aware of one at AllStream, but it's a query based tool based on country. I could probably write something that grabbed the first page, grabbed all the countries, then grabbed the prefixes, but I'm hoping for something simpler.<br>
