Where it can get a bit confusing is which section of the doc to use. Since the users exist already without a UM account assigned to them, we need to actually use the CREATE option in BAT to give the users Unified Messaging. We're basically going to use the
configuration for existing Unified Messaging users as a template for our new users, which will give them all the same features.</p>

Since we know userA, userB, userC already had UM configured months ago, we only want to give the feature to userD and userE. This also assumes that userD and userE are going to be assigned the same Unified Messaging account and features (all of the columns)
as existing userA, userB, userC. These can be manually modified too but this article just covers how to get everyone enabled for the same features in a hurry.</p>
