Recently i've installed CUCM 8.6. <div><br></div><div>I've registered ip phone 7941 with the CUCM. </div><div><br></div><div>On reset the phone tries to upgrade the firmware but give the error LOAD AUTHENTICATION FAILED.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The current firmware on the phone is SCCP41.8-3-1S and the firmware on the CUCM 8.6 is SCCP41.9-2-3S.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Please suggest on how to resolve the issue.</div><div><br></div>
