<div dir="ltr">As others have already stated. you will need a 3rd party app. We ended up with CallRex. It has a Great Web interface for the end users and API's if you want to build a app to interface with it.<div><br>
</div><div style>As a added benefit, if you end up using Extension Mobility you don't have to associated phones to the Call Recording application. you just associate extMob profiles. That way if your not recording All phone in your org, you don't have to worry about associating the right phones.</div>
