are “wasCallQueued” and “totalWaitTimeInQueue”. “wasCallQueued” indicates if a call was put into queue or not (1-Yes / 0-No), and “totalWaitTimeInQueue” indicates how long the caller has stayed in the queue (in seconds).</span></div>
