<div dir="ltr">Check the CSS assigned to the voice mail ports. Be careful as it may be set to not allow external calls to prevent toll fraud, etc. Maybe just add a route pattern to only allow that specific number to be called if the CSS restricts it. <div>

We are trying to transfer out of unity off net to get to a third party phone number. We are getting a reorder tone (based on the Event viewer application log) and getting bounced back into the unity system in a continuous loop. Has anyone else experienced this?
