We've implemented Eventide in our Campus Police office. Honestly though, it was commissioned by a reseller and only the department uses it. We haven't heard anything bad about it. They had the system in place before and we simply purchased their VOIP gateway
and spanned our ports to it. <br>

I believe they also have a configuration/solution available so you can install the gateway in a central location and send forked audio streams to it.<br>

I asked them about multi-level administration and they said they would have no problem with that.<br>
