<div dir="ltr">I would take a look at CallCopy. We've been using them for years. They have a great product line (call recording, screen capture during calls, surveys, voice analytics, work force management), and they have fantastic customer support. They use agile development in house, so they're coming out with new features and products constantly. They started having a yearly conference for their customers last year, and they use input from their customers to develop new functionality.<br>
