<div>Does  anyone have experience with Redbox Recorders to do call recording?  </div><div> </div><div>We are having an issue where the service stops at random intervals if we do not remain logged in with the service account.  I could implement a workaround by setting the service properties to run LTR.exe on failure but that is not the real solution.</div>
