I also tried adding mailboxes to the <span>Unity</span> <span>Connection</span> service account and it worked fine, but <span>Unity</span> <span>Connection</span> still cannot access mailboxes. I'm a bit lost now and not sure what to do.</div>

<div>IIRC, the only integration type that is supported is to search for the exchange server. You'll need the servername <span>from your O365 provider </span>of a specific server to point at.</div>
