<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div>Hello Group<br><br></div>We run a CUCM Cluster 8.0(3a) and a UCCE 8.0(3). The PG servers also have ES11 installed.<br></div>We now have problems with CTI and JTAPI. CTI Routepoint are registered in CUCM but the call does not reach the UCCE.<br>
Some Agents are not able to login to the UCCE with their CTI Client. It seems that phones from disconnected users are not disconnected properly and the agents are not able to login again.<br><br></div>Has anybody seen (and solved) any of these problems?<br>
