This site is a 24/7 operation using Extension Mobility. To do the upgrade it will need to be in 3 steps…..upgrade 6.1.3 to 8.0.3….backup to VMware….refresh upgrade to 9.1. This is going to cause more outages than the site can tolerate.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
