CUCM only provides ringback when something is actually receiving the call. If there's nothing registered to receive the call, then we can't just play ringback for the fun of it. Before CFUR, it would indeed go directly to voicemail. With CFUR, it has to be populated. I believe it auto populates when you fill in CFNA though. <u></u><u></u></p>
