<div dir="ltr"><div>I've encountered something I have never seen before.  I don't know if it is an isse or if it is operating as expected.</div><div> </div><div>I place a call to another dn then transfer to a shared line I also have on my phone.  It takes 6 seconds before the transfer key appears after entering the extension of the shared line.  It has only been reported on 7962 phones.</div>
