<div>Hello,</div>
<div> </div>
<div> Strange issue occurring, wanted to know if anyone has seen this, or may have a resolution. We recently upgrades from UCCX 7.01 to 7.02, in order to prepare for an upgrade to 9.1.</div>
<div> When launching the Cisco Desktop Agent, it prompted for a new version, and installed. When the agent logs in, she puts her user id, password and IPCC extension. It goes to execute, and then disappears. Never launches. </div>
<div> This is an existing agent that has been working flawlessly for a year. If I uninstall the desktop agent, clean out all registry entries, and I even deleted her Windows profile, re-installed the Desktop Agent Application, it does the same thing,
disappears. This is happening on 2 out of 10 agents.</div>
<div><br>
Any thoughts?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thank you, Alan</div>
