I would like to know how to change the softkey template of 9971 SIP Phone to have the ad-hoc conference facility. Moreover, do I need to do anything specific to make 9971 as dual-line as like it is did in Skinny Phones.</div><div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: small;"><br></div><div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: 13px;">I tried to check few documentation, documentation says we need to change feature policy template. I am not sure if this is applicable to phones
registered to CME.
