<b>TC5.1.5 to TC6.1.1</b> but am encountering difficulties. I have installed the new software on all cucm nodes and hard reset/factory reset the SX20’s to try and get them to upgrade but they don’t pick up the new default software image.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
