<p class="MsoNormal">I am trying to upgrade some SX20 devices on our 8.6.2 cucm cluster from version
<b>TC5.1.5 to TC6.1.1</b> but am encountering difficulties. I have installed the new software on all cucm nodes and hard reset/factory reset the SX20’s to try and get them to upgrade but they don’t pick up the new default software image.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone else encountered this problem? And if so what do you need to do?</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">On a side note I realise you need to update the release key for the device when you upgrade and have this covered.</p>
