It is not a jump upgrade. I did try it to 9.1(2) at one point. It seemed to work, but you have unaligned partitions. You would need to do drs backup and restore. I noticed with the 9.1(1) recovery disk there is the option to align partitions. I wonder if that is a way around rebuilding.
