We have had periodic problems with our clients CDR files stopping transmission when they have a problem with the target FTP server. The connection times our during a transfer and then the CDR services will not send again until they are
restarted, even if the error condition on the remote end resolves itself. I have been told by a colleague that he worked with TAC on this in the past and it was normal behavior. I don’t doubt that this is possible, but it seems pretty bad design that the CDR
send won’t just retry again later. Anyone have any insight on this?
