<div dir="ltr">We have a requirement from a client on outbound contact centre(in agent based campaign)  that agents should not be able to make any outbound calls , not even between extension . <div><br></div><div>It was easy for blocking pstn calls but not aware on how to block the calls between extension.... any thoughts much appreciated<br clear="all">
