We are getting to the point of integrating our CUCM 7.1(5) with the CXN 9.1(2) and was wondering if we have to set the Multi Tenant parameter to true or not ? I’m kind of confused because we will be having both Unity Connection clusters up & running at the same time, for testing purposes and then, we will migrate the users.
