<div dir="ltr"><div>Tim</div><div>I heard the same exact response from our internal alias today. My understanding is unless you are looking for agent seats they will cough up the license pretty easily. I also found out that the old 5 agent seats (that used to be free) now cost $2995. Thanks for all the responses. I'll post back how my licensing quest turns out... If not I'll definitely be hounding our CAM... that should be an interesting experience since I've seen rocks do more than our current CAM. :-(</div>

<div>Be persistent with the licensing team, ask for escalation if you don't get anywhere. Those guys work off some pretty specific parameters, if it doesn't fit, they might tell you to go back to point of sale. In my exp, best to try and go a level deeper into
Cisco, so ask for escalation.</div>

Does anyone have any direction as to where the UCCX Promo Licenses comes from these days? I recall they used to ship with the CUWL binder however with BE6K and E-delivery we're apparently not receiving that anymore and the PUT is no help. I can see in the order
the following SKU but can't seem to track down the license. I just need it for TAPs which I think only requires the IVR license and I'm currently using the demo license but that time is ticking away and we've got a phased migration. Any guidance would be greatly
appreciated! TIA</div>
