Be persistent with the licensing team, ask for escalation if you don't get anywhere. Those guys work off some pretty specific parameters, if it doesn't fit, they might tell you to go back to point of sale. In my exp, best to try and go a level deeper into Cisco,
so ask for escalation.</div>
