<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi</div><div> </div><div>In exiting UCCE outbound setup, iam mid of configuring CUSP.</div><div>We are expanding the outbound UCCE to new branch location where calls are being dialled from centralised Dialer location & based on campign (agent transfer ) , calls were be routed to agents.</div>
<div> </div><div>UCCE is on SIP , i  wish to understand the config required with the every new branch location addition . There will be only VG [for dailer based outbound pstn calls] in branch location & call connection between dailer/VG/CUCM  is via CUSP  (router based proxy)</div>
