<p dir="ltr">No it isn't bug related, its just the code on the cluster currently is 9.2.3.<br>
So normally new handsets get put on and they normally upgrade/downgrade as appropriate. <br>
Its just in this case the newer handsets don't.<br>
I'll get a change raised to upgrade the firmware and we're good to go.<br>

The phone firmware does not allow the phone to be downgraded to releases earlier than Release 9.3(1)SR1."<br>

So the Load Rejected HC means the load was rejected due to hardware compatibility. That console log file didn't contain the upgrade attempt. You may want to unplug the phone and plug it back in to attempt the upgrade again and clear out all the old console log files and then collect all the new ones.<br>
